Payment Policy
Full payment is required in advance for all services at the time of booking. Appointments, classes, and sessions are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
This policy applies to all session types, including virtual and in-person services.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
Cancellations made less than 12 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the full payment.
Missed appointments and no-shows are non-refundable.

Virtual Services
Virtual sessions are conducted via Google Meet.
Clients are responsible for ensuring access to Google Meet, a stable internet connection, and a functional device. Missed virtual sessions due to technical issues on the client’s end are treated as no-shows and are non-refundable.
In-Person Services
Clients attending in-person sessions agree to arrive on time and follow all safety guidelines provided. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session without refund.
Agreement
By booking and participating in any service, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
