THE COMPLETE PRACTICE

SEPTEMBER 26TH | 10:30AM
RESERVE VENICE

LIMITED CAPACITY

As classes continue to get shorter, this special event offers the remedy: a complete, unhurried practice with the luxury of time to breathe, move, explore and be still.

Led by Chris Magee, an E-RYT 500 teacher with more than 15 years of experience, this approximately two-hour practice will weave together pranayama, intelligent movement and restorative stillness. Expect a dynamic, breath-led vinyasa shaped by Chris’s signature blend of athleticism, mobility and purposeful sequencing.

The practice will include options, variations and opportunities for exploration, allowing practitioners of all levels to meet themselves where they are while still feeling challenged, supported and fully engaged. After class, stay to connect with the group and enjoy the on-site sauna and cold plunges, if you choose.

Limited parking is available on site, with additional street parking along Abbot Kinney and throughout the surrounding neighborhood.

Yoga mats and blocks will be available, though you’re always welcome to bring your own mat and any additional props that help support your practice.
